For Fairfield and Vallejo households served by MCE, the agency has offered a monthly bill credit of roughly $10 to $20 for batteries enrolled in its grid-support program, which adds up quietly over the years. Everywhere in the county, SGIP remains the main path to significant storage funding for households that qualify on medical need or fire-risk location. The federal 30% credit for purchased home solar ended December 31, 2025, and some third-party-owned lease and PPA programs can still apply a federal credit through 2027.
Credit amounts, enrollment rules and program availability are set by the agencies and can change, and some require your battery to respond to grid events. We confirm what your address and equipment actually qualify for before you commit.

I am in Vacaville. Do I get the MCE credit?
Not currently. Vacaville is served on PG&E terms, so we look at SGIP and at how storage shifts your own usage instead of an MCE credit.
Does Delta wind affect how you mount panels?
It affects attachment spacing and hardware choice, which we account for in the engineering. It is a design detail, not an obstacle.
My Vallejo roof is steep and old. Can you still work on it?
Usually yes, with the right safety setup. If the roof is near the end of its life we will say so and price a re-roof option rather than mounting on borrowed time.
